Dover Food Retail in South Chesterfield, VA, is seeking a Material Handler II to support loading, unloading, and material flow for the organization. This role focuses on accurate inventory, equipment operation, and timely transfers to maintain production and distribution needs.

The candidate will perform forklift handling, participate in inventory adjustments, and collaborate with the Distribution team to improve processes.

Competenze

• 1-2 years forklift experience.
• 2 years' experience pulling orders in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and handle awkward positions.

Mansioni

• Load and unload materials safely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist in cycle counting as requested.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, or conveyors to move materials.
• Notify Inventory Control or Receiving Leads about material control issues.
• Transfer, transport, and stage materials; maintain warehouse records.
• Support distribution team and participate in process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
