Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail, or order fulfillment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver customer and wholesale orders locally while ensuring professional service.
• Prepare for farmers markets and special events, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
• Assist Operations Manager in maintaining an organized workspace.
