Job summary

Boston International Import Export Inc in French Lick, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform and support a broad range of warehouse operations. The role requires cross-training across functions and advanced knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The candidate will handle picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control, while providing guidance to junior staff and resolving workflow issues. Forklift experience is required, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive warehouse experience and progression through warehouse roles.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse functions and inventory movement.
• Strong understanding of WMS and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform major warehouse functions: picking, packing, receiving, shipping, replenishment, inventory movement, transfers, staging, labeling, cycle counts and verification.
• Move between functions to support daily priorities and maintain workflow.
• Investigate discrepancies, shortages, overages, damaged products, and transaction errors.
• Assist management with inventory and process improvements and authorized adjustments.
• Provide training and guidance to Warehouse Operator I and II staff.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate improvements to maintain productivity and safety.
