Job summary

ShipNetwork is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in Salt Lake City. You will oversee a team of 20+ associates, ensuring accuracy of orders and inventory, while maintaining a safe work environment.

You’ll manage communications, training, and daily administrative tasks, staying responsive to leadership and evolving needs. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in warehousing, and 2+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP and inventory systems.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Work Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for leading all phases of operation in the warehouse
• Ensure order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and order throughput
• Manage all warehouse communication and trainings
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Complete paperwork, respond to emails, and communicate with leadership
• Be available to step in to control issues no matter when they arise
• Complete any other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager
• Lead a team of 20+ associates in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct other management duties as they arrive

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• 4+ Previous warehouse experience
• 2+ Leadership or Supervisory Experience
• Basic computer skills and experience working in a fulfillment environment (WMS, ERP platforms, and inventory systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment workflows, and warehouse best practices
• Organizational skills in sorting and prioritization
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills to drive operational improvments
• Meet service level requirements and throughout rates
• Maintain a professional work environment
• Ability to perform detailed tasks in a repetitive environment while maintaining a good attitude and work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and use full range of body motion
