Job summary

Canteen is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, safety compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced distribution and vending services environment.

The role ensures efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping aligned with route operations, while maintaining inventory accuracy and a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, inventory management, or logistics.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Proficiency with WMS and inventory software.
• OSHA knowledge and safety compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
• Lead warehouse safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff across shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency.
