Canteen, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Virginia to supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient distribution. You will oversee staffing, safety, and maintenance while driving productivity and supporting store operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and a proven track record in warehouse leadership, with the ability to write reports and maintain high standards of

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse supervisory or related experience.
• Experience in warehouse, facilities maintenance, support services, military, or housekeeping.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Union experience is preferred.
• Computer skills with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory, product distribution, and turnover.
• Ensures quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service and company policies and programs are maintained.
• Reviews service frequencies to assure maximum sales without jeopardizing customer satisfaction.
• Schedules and modifies warehouse structure to improve productivity, control overtime compensation, manage employee scheduling, and ensure the operation has sufficient labor each day.
• Oversees all aspects of building maintenance including repairs, housekeeping and security.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
