Job summary

C&S Vending seeks a Warehouse Assistant Manager to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations in Faribault, MN. You will drive inventory control, quality standards, and team performance while supporting the Logistics Supervisor in organizing workflows and maintaining a safe, efficient facility.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, strong Excel and WMS skills, and a hands-on, proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics support environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software (WMS)
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and counts
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse, logistics, and inventory activities to ensure efficient distribution
• Manage inventory transactions and warehouse transfers in the WMS
• Supervise 16+ associates with coaching and performance development
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to productivity and accuracy
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded correctly for routes
• Maintain a safe, productive, customer-focused warehouse environment
