Job summary

You will drive safety, KPI governance, 6S discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, standard work, and developing a high-performing warehouse team to meet production and customer commitments on time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with 7+ years of warehouse or related experience.
• Experience leading warehouse, materials, and distribution operations in manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP/WMS experience with inventory controls and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, kitting, and shipping.
• Ensure materials are available and delivered to production with cross-functional coordination.
• Drive KPI performance, safety, inventory accuracy, cycle counting and cost control.
• Sustain 6S and develop standard work for warehouse activities.
