Warehouse Manager - Lincoln, NE

This position is an on‑site role based in Lincoln, NE. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.

The Warehouse Manager oversees all operations of the warehouse within the facility focusing on safe and efficient product flow as well as temperature monitoring and management. The leader ensures that all inbound and outbound inventory is properly managed in support of achieving the facility OTIF target while identifying key areas of improvement within the warehouse operations.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities

• Manages a team of warehouse teammates and supervises operations.
• Oversees the training of warehouse staff.
• Audits and reports inventory and makes recommendations for process improvements.
• Monitors workplace performance and leads training initiatives to improve employees’ skills and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicates with other departments to ensure product is shipped, received, handled, and stored in the most optimal manner.
• Maintains training records of personnel for record‑keeping.
• Leverages technology to drive accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations.

• Aides with succession planning.
• Holds safety meetings monthly and conducts safety investigations in the warehouse.

Travel requirements

• Minimal domestic travel required, typically dictated by business needs and covered.

Skills and working conditions

• This role operates in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (around 35°F) within a manufacturing, warehousing, and production facility. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Work is largely static with standing; ability to perform repetitive bending and standing up is required. Ability to lift 10–35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally, and to push/pull up to 250 lbs. on rollers occasionally.
• Must be able to physically walk the production floor with a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
