Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan daily workload and assign staff based on order volume, priorities, staffing, equipment, and delivery schedules.
• Supervise receiving, stocking, picking, product conversion, packing, shipping, and route-loading activities.
• Monitor order accuracy and on-time completion; address issues promptly.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities to the warehouse team.
• Coordinate warehouse activity with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Accounting, Service, and Transportation to meet customer commitments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and inspect forklifts, equipment, and dock areas.
• Prepare or review operational reports, schedules, training records, maintenance documentation, and safety records.
