Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Warehouse operations experience required.
Experience directing employees or leading a team.
Ability to operate forklift safely and obtain certification.
Strong reading and interpretation of orders, documents, and reports.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with ERP/WMS and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

Assign and redirect daily work based on priorities and commitments.
Train employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Monitor attendance, productivity, work quality, safety, and housekeeping.
Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities and workload changes.
Use ERP and RF tools to review orders, inventory, and track accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Accounting, Service, and Transportation.
Follow and enforce procedures for receiving, storing, shipping, and salvaging products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Prepare operational reports and training records.
