Reece USA is looking for a Lead Warehouse Operator to oversee our warehouse team and ensure customers receive the materials they need for clean water and HVAC systems. You will coordinate receiving, staging and stock, verify loads, and maintain inventory control.

The role requires about 2 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a forklift. Onsite work with opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of inventory control and safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team to receive, verify, stage and stock inbound materials while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Verify loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and maintain inventory control.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
