Job summary

Sirna & Sons Produce is a fourth‑generation, family‑run wholesale distributor in Ohio, seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations, inventory control, and SOP adherence. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, coordinate with buyers, sales, and customer service, and partner with Safety to maintain a safe, efficient facility while upholding our standards of service and quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in a warehouse with 3+ in supervision,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a warehouse with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse functions and operations.
• Recruit, develop, manage, and train employees to follow SOPs.
• Monitor and adjust warehouse operations based on scheduling and seasonality.
• Promote a culture of performance and high morale.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and standards are followed.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and use of WMS.
