Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Plover, WI to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution activities.

The role coordinates shipments, maintains documentation, and communicates with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills, with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shipping environment.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities per schedules and priorities.
• Process shipping/receiving transactions in SAP/BRYE and other systems.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory transfers and reconciliations.
• Prepare USDA/warehousing documentation for shipments.
• Support warehouse staff and operations as needed.
