Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for the Plover, WI facility to safely move and stack goods and support warehouse operations.

You will work with inventory control, production, and maintenance teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy during shifts that may vary seasonally. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience operating forklifts and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Warehouse familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Move, stack, load, and unload finished goods and materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Load trucks and secure outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement with warehouse systems.
• Support safety, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
