Job summary

PepsiCo Supply Chain in Albuquerque is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, shipping and material handling across our Albuquerque and Santa Fe operations. You will design storage systems, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and cost efficiency, and lead a team of supervisors across shifts.

You'll partner with frontline staff and cross-functional teams to meet service and quality goals, manage budgets, and implement process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• 5+ years of ops/logistics or supply chain exp with two+ years of supervisory exp.
• This position requires indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Preferred: continuous improvement exp (Lean Six Sigma, TPM, lean manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, shipping, and material handling for Albuquerque and Santa Fe sites.
• Design and develop product movement and storage systems.
• Improve operations, support front-line staff, and ensure safety and cost efficiency.
• Manage multiple shifts in union or non-union environments and supervise staff.
• Develop and motivate supervisors and frontline employees.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and process changes as assigned.
