PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the Albuquerque distribution center and Santa Fe cross-dock operations. You will coordinate receiving, shipping and material handling, design efficient storage systems and drive safety, quality and cost improvements across shifts.
This role requires at least 5 years in operations or supply chain with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll contribute to the success of the Albuquerque Warehouse and Santa Fe cross-dock location for PepsiCo by coordinating the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse. You'll design and develop product movement and storage systems, improve operations, and support the front-line staff. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across all shifts. You'll be responsible for managing numerous shifts in either a union or non-union environment and developing a team of supervisors.
