Job summary

SSC Services For Education in Rockville is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise and coordinate warehouse activities. You will oversee inventory, distribution, and turnover while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and customer service in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience and solid MS Office skills, plus a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with Compass/Canteen benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse supervisory or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory, product distribution, and turnover.
• Ensures quality, cleanliness, merchandising, customer service and company policies.
• Reviews service frequencies to maximize sales without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
• Schedules and modifies warehouse structure to improve productivity and labor management.
• Oversees building maintenance including repairs, housekeeping and security.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
