Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time deliveries, and productivity.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce company safety policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and warehouse machinery.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, purchasing, and delivery teams.
