You will learn all aspects of receiving/unloading and loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision, and interact with customer staff and delivery personnel.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physical work environment requiring energy and stamina.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but training is available for right candidate.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stretching exercises before shifts and safety observations.
• Support management and coaching; facilitate training.
• Communicate with leadership and coordinate with the team.
• Perform yard marshalling duties and general warehouse operations.
• Learn all aspects of receiving, unloading and loading within the facility.
• Work alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
