Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead loading/unloading, inventory control and safety adherence. The role drives efficiency, cost control and asset protection in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base salary of $88,385.00–$96,717.00 with eligibility for an annual bonus. Schedule is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; travel up to 25% to support Denver operations; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years previous supervisory experience, within multi-unit manufacturing environment, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required, with a college degree preferred.
• Demonstrates confidence and influence in achieving productivity goals
• Skilled communicator, able to set clear expectations
• Ability to hold direct reports accountable, quantitatively and qualitatively
• Ability to provide training and development for direct reports
• Demonstrates leadership and accountability in team setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle physical requirements including lifting up to 60 pounds
• Able to conduct regular inventory audits
• Able to safely use warehouse equipment, including a forklift
• Valid driver’s license
• PC experience preferred (RMS, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to travel regularly between locations

Responsibilities

• Drive customer (internal and external) satisfaction through ownership of truck loading/unloading.
• Own execution and adherence to standards for all Warehouse processes related to inventory and warehousing.
• Uphold frontline employee safety through regulation of safety policy compliance and improvement opportunities.
• Execute all Warehouse management tasks including loader planning, headcount, and labor allocation.
• Lead/manage/develop frontline employees through hiring, assignments, attendance and evaluations.
• Maintain high-quality loading and inventory standards at minimal cost while protecting assets.
• Collaborate with Route Operations to meet product and equipment needs on time.
• Maximize efficiencies in loading/fleet area and adapt to new programs.
