Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Las Vegas to lead designated areas, enforce SOPs, and coordinate all rental activities. You will train staff, manage costs, ensure safety, and support account managers while maintaining equipment readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and customer service in a fast-paced building materials environment. Nevada posting notes pay range: $24.50-$36.30 hourly.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, rental, or equipment operations.
• Ability to lead, train, delegate work, and guide associates.
• Experience coordinating rentals, orders, returns, billing, and customer service.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and asset tracking.
• Ability to troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution.
• Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains staff to meet department performance goals.
• Manages performance of assigned functional areas.
• Controls warehouse expenses and ensures policy adherence.
• Ensures safety programs and worker’s compensation compliance.
• Opens/closes distribution center; handles refunds and customer issues.
• Coordinates equipment rentals, rental orders, and returns.
• Provides support to Account Managers regarding rental equipment.
• Escalates problems to Sales and customers as needed.
