Job summary

Buc-ee's Mebane LLC is opening a new distribution center in Mebane, NC and seeking a warehouse operations manager to lead a high‑performing team. You will oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution to ensure safety, accuracy, and on‑time fulfillment in a fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, maintaining inventory levels, enforcing policies, and coordinating with security.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high‑performing team and meet distribution targets.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, rotating day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high performance team
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by coordinating programs and procedures
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff to achieve results
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results
• Maintain warehouse equipment and requisition repairs as needed
• Control and verify inventory levels with physical counts
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents through security practices
• Work on store’s busiest days
• Rotate between day and night shifts
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Complete tasks efficiently and professionally
• Interact with team members respectfully
• Adapt to a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Prolonged walking or standing for 8–12 hours
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation
