SunSource’s Automation & Factory Solutions (AFS) division seeks a Warehouse Manager in Miamisburg, OH to lead a 10-person warehouse team and drive continuous improvement. You will own receiving, put-away, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping, while building SOPs, training programs, and a cross-trained workforce.

The role emphasizes safety, data-driven KPIs, and process discipline. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse management, expertise with ERP/WMS (Epicor Prophet 21

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse/distribution management experience with direct people leadership.
• Measurable impact from continuous improvement initiatives (throughput, cost reduction, accuracy).
• Proven track record in achieving high inventory accuracy.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred).
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop a team of 10 warehouse associates, including scheduling and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Own end-to-end inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials; onboard and cross-train staff.
• Utilize Epicor Prophet 21 for inventory management, orders, and reporting.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and lead safety training and investigations.
