Job summary

Integrity PSC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Solon, OH facility. This role blends leadership with hands-on work, including light manufacturing tasks such as punching, bending, and cutting metal, while managing inventory, shipping, and receiving.

The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and able to supervise staff and processes in a fast-paced environment, onsite at Solon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution.
• Ability to operate a forklift; annual certification required.
• Strong decision making, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely distribution of goods.
• Track inventory with physical counts and warehouse systems.
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform light manufacturing tasks (punching, bending, cutting) using power tools.
• Oversee receiving and shipping operations.
