Job summary

In Charge Electric is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct all warehouse operations at the DFW West facility. You will lead inventory control, staffing, and safety programs, ensuring efficient loading/unloading and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires 3-4 years of warehouse management experience, strong organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. A valid driver’s license and pass of pre-employment screens are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with inventory planning systems.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to people and inventory.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain auditable records and ensure documents are retrievable on demand.
• Meet or exceed spend targets and manage cost controls.
• Oversee materials transfer and vendor issue resolution.
• Hire, train, and performance-manage team members.
• Maintain safety, hazmat, and forklift maintenance records.
