Job summary

In Charge Electric is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our DFW West location. You will direct all facility activities to optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient loading and unloading, safety, and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the local Branch Manager and focuses on strong leadership and process excellence. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of warehouse management experience, is highly organized, and skilled in inventory planning.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with inventory planning systems.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to people and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve inventory control procedures.
• Meet or exceed turn goals by balancing inventory levels to fulfill demand.
• Maintain auditable records (packing slips, pick lists, job close-out paperwork, safety audits).
• Meet or exceed spend targets.
• Oversee material transfers to other sites and resolve vendor issues.
• Accountability for demand planning and supply chain interface.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of team.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of warehouse activities and hours.
• Maintain safety and hazmat records and comply with standards.
• Maintain maintenance for forklifts and moving equipment.
• Streamline operating procedures by eliminating redundant processes.
