Job summary

Famous Supply seeks a Customer Service Manager for our Solon, OH location. This working manager role oversees order fulfillment, inventory control, and customer service, while performing warehousing duties such as picking, putting away, and staging orders.

You will lead a team, train staff, and use RF scanners and ERP for daily tasks. HVAC/building products knowledge is a plus in serving contractors efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer service and warehouse roles.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Experience with ERP, RF scanners, and inventory tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Solon, OH location and ensure orders are received, filled, and shipped efficiently.
• Oversee inventory data using the ERP system and generate reports.
• Supervise branch associates and ensure proper training; support warehousing tasks as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries with product information and resolve issues promptly.
