You will partner with Operations, Production, and Supply Chain to maintain material flow, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive on-time performance. This role requires on-the-floor leadership, real-time problem solving, and strong accountability to meet customer and operational expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing, repair, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing high-volume operations and meeting performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse systems.
• Experience leading teams, driving accountability, and improving performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipping
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process discipline
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, and productivity
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for material handling and warehouse processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with production and customer requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment; ensure compliance with all safety standards and policies
• Manage, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and team members
