Job summary

Hyve Solutions, part of TD SYNNEX, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Olive Branch, Mississippi facility. This graveyard shift role oversees receiving, inventory control, material handling, shipping, and safety compliance, driving high performance and cost-efficient operations.

You will lead supervisors and teams, develop schedules, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Production to meet production demands while maintaining strong inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing supervisors or large warehouse teams.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and shipping.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and team members through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Develop schedules, staffing plans, and manpower requirements to support business needs.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
