Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced team and optimize warehouse operations. The role focuses on inventory control, cost management, and ensuring safety and compliance across all processes.

You will manage staffing, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with site leadership to meet service objectives and client needs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse management experience.
• Must lift 50 lbs repeatedly; frequent bending and reaching.
• Consent to pre-employment background check.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse purchases and maintains inventory levels to support LOE needs.
• Analyzes variances, initiates corrective actions, and controls labor costs.
• Maintains warehouse safety and readiness for inspections and audits.
• Schedules employees to ensure adequate coverage and performs tasks of supervised workers when needed.
• Maintains warehouse equipment and managing handhelds, racking, carts, forklifts, etc.

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Manager:

• Manages all warehouse purchases and maintains appropriate inventory levels to support the needs of each LOB serviced. Actively pursu...e inventory related goals as outlined in the Warehouse Operations Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
• Achieves financial objectives by analyzing variances in a timely manner; initiating corrective actions; scheduling/monitoring expenditures; controlling labor costs.
• Maintains warehouse in a safe and clean manner as outlined in the Warehouse Audit SOP; ensures that the warehouse is always in a state to pass any internal and/or external inspection/audit.
• Controls employee scheduling so that employees are allowed their requested days off, and the operation has enough labor each day for service obligations; when necessary, performs activities of workers supervised.
• Maintains physical condition of all warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, handhelds, computers, racking, carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

General Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
