Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage warehouse staff including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and procurement (forklifts, racking, etc.).

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and material handling procedures
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and productivity
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
