Toll Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our Hartford site. You will guide a team, oversee subcontractors and ensure safety and efficiency in line with KPI targets.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, training and cross-site collaboration to optimize throughput, while maintaining compliance with OH&S standards and customer expectations. A Bachelor''s Degree is required.

Qualifications

• Preceding experience in a management/leadership role within Warehousing or Oil & Gas.
• Experience with performance management and conflict resolution.
• Good knowledge of warehousing control systems and inventory management best practices.
• Computer literacy: MS Office Suite and SAP – intermediate skill set.
• Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of hazardous goods handling, storage and transport is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible and proactive leadership for all on-site staff and three additional regional sites.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and workforce resources to meet operational needs.
• Conduct toolbox talks and foster a safety-first work culture.
• Ensure staff are trained on equipment usage, policies and procedures, risks and OH&S.
• Maintain staff performance through coaching, counseling and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with customers and teams to ensure work is planned and executed as required.
