Role Overview

STS International, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager who will provide support Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) requirements for the Army National Guard Bureau (NGB) C2CRE-B mission and the active‑duty Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) mission. This position will be based in an environmentally controlled warehouse facility and is responsible for Life Cycle Sustainment and Equipment Refresh and Recertifications of support equipment sets such as Mass Casualty Decontamination (MCD), Urban Search & Rescue (US&R), Reconnaissance (RECON), Medical (MCAS), Mortuary Affairs (MACRMS) and General-Purpose Forces.

Position Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and ensuring the warehouse building is properly maintained.
• Ensure proper storage of assigned support equipment sets for MCD, US&R, RECON, MCAS, MACRMS, and GPF.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and equipment utilizing designated systems.
• Maintain shipping equipment, office space, and supplies.
• Properly pack material to prevent damage during shipping.
• Ship outbound parts/equipment.
• Conduct inventories.
• Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift and interface with government personnel for meetings and report submissions.

Minimum/General Experience

Minimum 5 years’ of experience with warehouse operations, equipment, and logistics. Prior military and/or CBRN experience preferred.
