Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across locations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products and supplies.

You will drive inventory accuracy, implement efficient processes, and mentor a team to ensure safe operation and on-time fulfillment for restaurant operations. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a warehouse operation.
• Knowledge of food service and beverage.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate Warehouse and Receiving Associates; develop leaders to manage daily operations and supervise their teams.
• Manage performance through coaching and disciplinary actions while ensuring staff operate equipment safely.
• Evaluate, maintain, and procure storage systems and equipment based on safety, reliability, performance and cost.
• Oversee receiving processes including unloading, inspection, and accurate documentation of all incoming supplies.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products according to safety protocols and rotate inventory to minimize waste.
• Resolve discrepancies between received goods and purchase documentation; maintain documentation flow between departments.
• Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs for receiving accuracy, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and manage departmental operating budgets; forecast staffing and equipment needs.
• Maintain staffing levels; participate in recruitment and recommend qualified applicants for warehouse positions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies across warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain efficiency for restaurant operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, and procedure manuals6. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.7.
