Job Description
- Perform preventative maintenance on small and heavy equipment.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and equipment.
- Receive and load out equipment per customer requests.
- Assist in emergency withdrawal of equipment from the warehouse.
- Make minor repairs to equipment as needed.
- Complete daily work tasks and schedules.
- Document and check daily work activities.
- Read maintenance instructions and perform maintenance accordingly.
- Inspect equipment for defects and identify issues.
- Count and verify inventories periodically.
- Travel may be required for training and work.
- Be on call 24/7 for emergencies, with rare after-hours calls.
- This is a full-time position with hourly pay, benefits, and incentive pay.
- Open, re-crate, and build crates for inspection and shipping needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Warehouse Foreman experience.
- Knowledge of tools and rigging equipment.
- Mechanical or equipment servicing background.
- Diesel experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must pass a background check.
