Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Job Summary

Clark Associates company, is looking for dedicated candidates with at least 2 years of management and/or leadership experience to join our growing company as an Off Shift Warehouse Manager. Our Off Shifts consist of 2nd shift, which works four 10-hour days (Monday - Thursday), 3:00 pm - 1:30 am and is off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also, 3rd shift, which works four 10-hour days (Monday - Thursday), 8:00 - 6:30 am and is off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role focuses on learning each department in the Distribution Center from the ground up during a rotational phase, with the end of rotation placement being in a leadership position on either 2nd or 3rd shift. The leaders and managers within the Distribution Center play a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Manager, you will:

  • Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality
  • Meet department’s daily, weekly and monthly goals of the distribution center
  • Achieve high performance standards while coaching and training employees on best practices of our business
  • Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages and improving efficiencies
  • Continually improve productivity targets and process improvements

Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.

Experience

At least 2 years of management and/or leadership experience.

Education
