Job summary

Bradford Soap Works Inc is seeking a Warehouse Manager in West Warwick, RI to lead all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement. You will plan daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure productivity, efficiency, compliance, and safety.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or WMS systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • Physically capable of performing duties in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, etc.).
  • Willingness to work extended hours or be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions.
  • Collaborate with Production and Customer Service teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure materials availability.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and industry standards, including GMP compliance.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to schedule equipment repairs and installations, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  • Lead or support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

  • Physically capable of performing duties in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, etc.).
  • Willingness to work extended hours or be on-call as needed.
