Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking an organized Inventory Control Manager in Wisconsin to oversee inventory levels, material procurement, shipments, and facility maintenance. You will work closely with vendors and the Service Department to ensure materials and parts are available for scheduled jobs.

This role emphasizes accurate cycle counts, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability and willingness to learn to operate a forklift.

Trillium Construction is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory levels, material procurement, shipments, facility maintenance, and product availability.

This role works closely with vendors, internal teams, and the Service Department to ensure materials and parts are available when needed for scheduled jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory levels based on departmental needs.
• Schedule, coordinate, and receive material and product shipments.
• Work with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and purchasing terms.
• Ensure products, parts, and materials are ready and available for scheduled jobs.
• Conduct and maintain scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage facility maintenance and related needs.
• Work closely with the Service Department on product research and sourcing.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors, team members, and internal departments.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $24/hr - $27/hr
