Job summary

Europastry USA is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee all site operations, inventory control and KPI tracking. You will manage shelving, cold storage, scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure on-time production and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, coordinating inbound/outbound flow, and generating management reports. The role offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations including maintenance, planning and scheduling.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Develop a Warehouse model and implement standard operating procedures.
• Manage walk-in freezer, cooler and outside warehouse operations.
• Review production/transfer/inbound/outbound schedules to align staffing and workloads.
• Ensure stock control systems meet production, safety and quality targets.
• Drive improvements in safety and warehousing productivity and efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the warehouse management system.
• Prepare reports for senior management on business results and deviations.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and repairs are made.
• Track daily KPIs and update Material Handling/Packing Productivity.
• Attend safety, production and department meetings as applicable.
• Inform supervision of any problems or complications that arise.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as required.

We are searching for a motivated & experienced Warehouse Manager

Responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including managing stock levels, ensuring stock is stored, managed and that all inventories related to our ships are delivered, received and completed in a timely manner. Overseeing supply of the materials required to service production areas ensuring alignment with our On Time Performance and Ship schedules.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the site including maintenance, planning and scheduling.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling discrepancies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develops a Warehouse model and implement standard operating procedures.
• Accountable for the walk-in freezer, cooler and outside warehouse.
• Reviews daily production/transfer/inbound/outbound schedules to determine proper staffing and handling of work load in order to reduce downtime in production and minimize freezer bottlenecks
• Ensures stock control systems achieve production, safety and quality targets.
• Drives improvements in safety and warehousing productivity and efficiencies.
• Compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
• Ensures accurate, complete and up to date information is recorded in the warehouse management system.
• Prepares reports for senior management updating business results and analysis of deviation.
• Ensures all equipment is in good working order; inspect warehouse, freezers and warehouse equipment for damage and ensure repairs are made.
• Ensures daily KPI's are tracked and Material Handling/Packing Productivity is updated accordingly.

• Attends company scheduled meetings when applicable (i.e., safety meetings, production meetings, department meetings.).

• Informs supervision of any problems or complications that may arise

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
