Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.
• DOT Medical card required.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory for accurate counts and tracking on trucks and in the warehouse.
• Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and serve as secondary contact for warehouse access and security.
• Manage warehouse rotation to implement FEFO policy while meeting account manager and customer needs.
• Help schedule and deliver fleet vehicle maintenance and inspect fleet conditions weekly.
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure nightly loading process complies with company policies.
• Help clean, repackage, and reintroduce repackaged product into circulation per RBDC standards.

EXECUTION

• Receive deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse
• Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and secondary contact for warehouse access and security
• Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs
• Help with schedule and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse
• Ensure nightly loading process complies with our policies
• Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards

SAFETY

• Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training
• Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.
• Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System
• Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards
