Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support the Operations Manager and lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet coordination. You will enforce safety standards, oversee FEFO, ensure warehouse security, and drive precise inventory counts and on-time deliveries to customers.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse management experience, a valid driver’s license, a DOT medical card, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; English is required,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and DOT driving standards.
• DOT Medical card must be obtained.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse rotation of product.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse.
• Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and secondary contact for warehouse access and security.
• Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policies.
• Help with schedule and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly.
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure nightly loading process complies with our policies.
• Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards.

Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

EXECUTION

SAFETY

Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions. Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
