Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Delaware seeks a Warehouse Manager to support inventory control, fleet coordination, and safety in daily operations at the distribution facility. The role requires ensuring FEFO policy, supervising activities in the Operations Manager's absence, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, inventory counts, safety training, and coordinating nightly loading and repackaging to sustain optimal stock flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.
• DOT Medical card required.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English skills; additional languages an advantage.

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse.

• Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs.
• Help schedule and deliver fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly.
• Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse.
• Ensure nightly loading process complies with our policies.
• Help clean, repackage, and reintroduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards.

Company Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

EXECUTION

Receive deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product

Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse

Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.

Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System

Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management

Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
