Job summary

Choice Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily packing and shipping operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

You will coordinate outbound shipments, monitor SAP shipping lists, conduct weekly cycle counts, and work with internal teams to support customer and business needs while driving process improvements and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily packing and shipping of outbound products to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and clear the outbound SAP shipping list each day to maintain accurate order processing.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct routine inventory counts of service parts and ensure stock levels are accurate and properly documented.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Support other warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.

Job description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient shipping, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized work environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
• Must be able to safely handle firearms and follow all applicable laws and safety procedures.
