Dark Matter Factory is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Portland, OR to oversee inventory, shipping, and international logistics for luxury goods. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with internal and external customers.

You will manage space planning, budgeting, procurement, and documentation while supporting on-site operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse/stockroom experience
• Experience with luxury goods is preferred
• Dangerous Goods shipping/handling experience a plus

Compensation - starting at $24 to $28/hour + benefits

Hours - full-time (on call and may require occasional weekends)

In our world, the Warehouse Manager manages the warehouse. This is a hands-on job where everything arriving and departing is accounted for, and nothing is lost along the way. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a mind for detail. Although this position does not manage people directly, this person leads within the company and works collaboratively with internal and external customers.

The Dark Matter Factory warehouse stores and distributes goods from our multi-brand showroom Mon Oeil, our in-house brand BLACKBIRD and retail goods sold over many e-commerce websites.
