Job summary

Binho Board in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations at our on-site facility. This full-time role drives receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory, on-hand stock levels, and fast order cycles for direct-to-consumer and retail partners.

You will coordinate staff scheduling, assign tasks, build safe, efficient workflows, and lead the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management.
• Strong stock and inventory control with accurate counts.
• Experience with operations management across daily workflows, staffing, and process optimization.
• Forklift certification and safe operation.

The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations at our Tempe facility. This is a full-time, on-site position.

You'll run receiving, storage, and shipping while keeping inventory records accurate and stock levels healthy. You'll coordinate staff scheduling, assign tasks, and build safe, efficient workflows that keep direct-to-consumer and retail orders going out on time. You'll also partner closely with our operations, logistics, and customer service teams on demand forecasting, product launches, and peak season planning.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory through tracking, reconciliation, and cycle counting
• Coordinate staff scheduling and task assignment; lead and develop the warehouse team
• Monitor inventory movements and identify and implement process improvements
• Operate and manage material-handling equipment, including forklifts
• Uphold safety and quality standards across the facility
• Partner with operations, logistics, and customer service on forecasting, launches, and peak season readiness

What You Bring

• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably in consumer products or e-commerce
• Strong stock and inventory control skills, with a track record of accurate counts and minimal discrepancies
• Operations management ability across daily workflows, staffing, and process optimization
• Safe, certified forklift operation and familiarity with other material-handling equipment
• Willingness to learn our full product line inside and out
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and basic data analysis tools
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus
• $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience
