Role Description

The Warehouse Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Tempe, AZ, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels. The Warehouse Manager will coordinate staff scheduling, assign tasks, and ensure safe, efficient workflows that support on-time order fulfillment for direct-to-consumer and retail partners. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory movements, implementing process improvements, managing equipment such as forklifts, and upholding safety and quality standards. The role also collaborates closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to support demand forecasting, product launches, and peak season planning.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate product counts and minimize discrepancies.
  • Full and complete understanding of the entire product line.
  • Strong Inventory Management skills, including tracking, reconciliation, and cycle counting in a warehouse environment.
  • Operations Management abilities to oversee daily warehouse workflows, staffing, and process optimization.
  • Safe and certified Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with other material-handling equipment.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably in consumer products or e-commerce.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
