Job summary

Binho Board in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations at our on-site facility. This full-time role drives receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory, on-hand stock levels, and fast order cycles for direct-to-consumer and retail partners.

You will coordinate staff scheduling, assign tasks, build safe, efficient workflows, and lead the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management.
• Strong stock and inventory control with accurate counts.
• Experience with operations management across daily workflows, staffing, and process optimization.
• Forklift certification and safe operation.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn full product line.
• Proven team leadership and strong communication.
• Experience with WMS/inventory software and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory through tracking and cycle counts.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and lead the warehouse team.
• Monitor inventory movements and implement process improvements.
• Operate forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Uphold safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate on forecasting, launches, and peak-season readiness.
