Job summary

Safelite in Pearl, Mississippi, part of Belron, seeks a seasoned fulfillment leader to guide operations across-site, drive safety, and optimize inventory. You’ll lead teams, align with strategy, and ensure KPIs are exceeded while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments.
• Experience with Körber or related WMS preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.

• Oversee fulfillment site P&L, partnering with leaders to achieve financial goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.
• 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
• People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
