Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Miami to lead a high-volume distribution center for two iconic quick service restaurant brands. You will guide daily operations, ensure productivity, safety, and quality, and manage a large team across a 24/7 schedule.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehouse operations and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). On-site, with competitive pay and benefits from a national logistics family.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in warehouse or distribution operations with supervision experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant warehouse, distribution or operations management experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Lead a diverse workforce in a 24 hour/7 day per week operation.
• Supervise and motivate associates in a team-based environment.
• Interpret warehouse operations anomalies and identify appropriate solutions.
• Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service.
• Act in accordance with GSF's Values and Creed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors day-to-day operations, analyzing operations, taking corrective action, providing constructive feedback and monitoring cost and expenses, to achieve meat division and QCD productivity and quality objectives and to ensure compliance with QCD and regulatory agency regulations.
• Supervises the daily activities of associates, providing instruction, training and performance feedback to ensure production efficiency and quality objectives are met or exceeded.
• Identify and resolve process operational issues, facilitate equipment problems, maintain quality, productivity and safety utilizing available resources
• Enforce safety standards and quality procedures to ensure that department and QCD safety rules and quality specifications are adhered to.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and productivity by developing new ideas, process improvement, and planning for upcoming equipment or process changes.
• Routinely informs and communicates with all department resources to promote smooth operations, enhance their understanding of QCD policies and objectives, and ensure compliance with established production policies and procedures.

Warehouse Manager - Miami

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Must be open to AM or PM Shift
• Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service

Pay & Benefits:

• Annual Salary $80K -$90K/Y
